The jobholder will be responsible for creating, designing, and advising on exhibition stand designs, producing compelling 3D visualizations that may include animations and photo composites to bring concepts to life. It will also guide the Design and Creative Unit in developing and delivering 3D design solutions for Exhibitions.

3D Design Solutions

Create exhibition stand design concepts and renderings, from initial concept to final completion.

Leadership

Guide the Design and Creative Unit Team Members in the development and delivery of 3D design solutions for exhibitions. Lead and mentor 3D Designers, ensuring the feasibility of design solutions.

Design Principles

Articulate design principles and guidelines for implementation. Assist in the development of concepts for various events and design projects.

Project Review

Review, evaluate, and, if necessary, alter the content of projects before completion to ensure strategic soundness and creative impact.

CAD Tools

Develop design layouts for complex projects using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools.

Brand Consistency

Apply brand guidelines and ensure consistency across various marketing projects.

File Management

Oversee documentation and maintain an organized file structure and data management system for project files.

Team Collaboration

Liaise with the Commercial and Operations Teams to meet deadlines. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Exhibition Standards

Ensure that all designers adhere to exhibitor manuals for each event and exhibition.

Technical Drawings

Produce and check all technical drawings accurately, considering structural integrity and safety.
