Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior 3D Motion & CGI Artist to create high-end 3D animations, architectural visualizations, and CGI content for real estate and medical brands targeting the Gulf market. The ideal candidate has expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and motion graphics, producing hyper-realistic visuals that captivate audiences.
Key Responsibilities
3D Animation & CGI Development: Create high-quality 3D motion graphics, animated commercials, and CGI visualizations for luxury real estate developments and medical marketing. Develop photo-realistic 3D renders of properties, medical devices, surgical procedures, and brand elements. Design immersive 3D walkthroughs and virtual tours for real estate projects and healthcare facilities.
Architectural & Medical Visualization
Generate detailed 3D models of buildings, interiors, landscapes, and medical environments. Produce cinematic flythroughs, product animations, and explainer videos using CGI techniques. Enhance visual appeal with accurate lighting, textures, and physics-based simulations.
Motion Graphics & VFX Integration
Integrate 3D elements with live-action footage for seamless visual storytelling. Create dynamic particle effects, fluid simulations, and advanced visual effects. Develop kinetic typography and holographic UI/UX animations for futuristic branding.
Content Optimization & Rendering
Optimize 3D assets for social media, digital ads, and interactive experiences. Ensure fast, high-quality rendering with tools like V-Ray, Redshift, Octane, or Arnold. Maintain a high level of detail, realism, and cinematic quality.
Creative Direction & Team Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, video production, and design teams to conceptualize and execute 3D projects. Mentor junior 3D artists and provide feedback on visual storytelling. Stay updated on Gulf luxury aesthetics, architectural trends, and medical visualization advancements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in 3D Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Effects, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in 3D animation, CGI, and motion graphics, preferably in real estate or healthcare industries. Expert in Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Houdini, and ZBrush. Strong skills in V-Ray, Redshift, Octane, Arnold, and Unreal Engine for rendering. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience in architectural visualization, product animation, and medical simulations. Knowledge of physics simulations, motion tracking, and 3D compositing. Ability to handle complex projects with tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience in VR/AR development for interactive real estate and medical applications. Familiarity with Metahumans, AI-generated 3D assets, and photorealistic character animation. Understanding of Arabic typography and cultural aesthetics for Gulf region branding.
