Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced 3D Designer with a strong background in event design and experiential marketing. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, creativity in spatial design, and hands-on experience in conceptualizing and rendering 3D visualizations for events, exhibitions, activations, and stage setups.
Key Responsibilities
* Create high-quality 3D designs, renders, and walkthroughs for events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
* Collaborate with the client servicing, production, and creative teams to understand the brief and deliver innovative design solutions.
* Develop stage setups, exhibition booths, brand spaces, and venue layouts based on client requirements.
* Ensure all designs are technically feasible for fabrication and align with budget and venue constraints.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch presentations.
* Stay updated with trends in experiential and event design, materials, and technologies.
Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience as a 3D Designer in an event agency or experiential marketing firm.
* Must have prior experience working on events and activations for liquor brands.
* Proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
* Strong portfolio showcasing event designs, stage setups, and immersive brand experiences.
* Understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and on-ground execution.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Degree/Diploma in Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of animation and walkthrough creation is a plus.
* Basic understanding of technical drawings and production detailing.
* Experience working on corporate events, exhibitions (like EXPOs), and product launches.
