Responsibilities
Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations that enhance storytelling and brand narratives. Develop engaging motion work for digital, social, broadcast, and experiential platforms. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and creative leads to establish tone, vibe, and visual direction. Experiment with new animation techniques (cel, stop motion, kinetic typography, etc.) to push creative boundaries. Ensure projects are delivered on time, maintaining high-quality execution and attention to detail.
Requirements
5+ years of motion design experience with a strong technical foundation in 2D animation. Experience in agency environment. Strong English communication. Expertise in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D animation tools. A strong sense of aesthetics, visual storytelling, and the ability to cultivate a unique tone for each project. Experience with varied animation styles (cel animation, stop motion, kinetic typography, etc.) is a big plus. A brave, innovative mindset, always pushing creative and technical boundaries. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to take feedback constructively.
Benefits
Position: Motion Designer. Salary Range: $3,000 – $5,000 USD. PTO: 15 days vacation + US holidays + 2 weeks office closure. Working Hours: US Time Zones. Payment Frequency: Monthly. Type of Contract: Independent Contractor. Only CVs in English will be considered to participate in the process.
