We’re looking for a dynamic Motion Graphics Designer with strong skills in 3D design and modeling to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience working in an advertising agency. This role is perfect for someone who can think conceptually, design visually engaging content, and bring ideas to life using both motion graphics and 3D tools.
Key Responsibilities
Create visually compelling motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, brand films, and social media
Design and model 3D elements, environments, and assets for use in motion content
Collaborate with creative teams including art directors, copywriters, editors, and designers
Translate creative briefs into engaging visual content that aligns with brand tone and campaign goals
Handle projects from concept to execution with minimal supervision
Stay current on motion trends, 3D tools, and new techniques
Must-Have Skills
2–3 years of professional experience in an Ad agency
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop
Expertise in 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or 3ds Max
Strong understanding of 3D modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering
Ability to manage timelines and deliver quality work under tight deadlines
