Job Description
Need skilled SketchUp artist to create a clean, accurate 3D model and deliver high-quality renderings for a retaining wall and site visualization project.

What You’ll Deliver
A 3D model of the wall, slope, sidewalk, and adjacent site features.
3 renderings from key angles:Isometric “street-level” perspective
Side elevation
Optional third angle (alternate isometric or aerial)
Rendering Requirements
Renderings must be accurate and adhere closely to the provided CAD elevations, wall dimensions, planting plans, easements, and surrounding site context. Attention to detail is essential.
Must include realistic materials, natural lighting, and clean composition.
Timeline
Preliminary renderings due: Sunday, April 6 (for feedback)
Final renderings due: Monday or Tuesday, April 8
You must be available over the weekend for communication and fast turnaround.
Deliverables
SketchUp (.skp) model file
3 high-resolution renderings (300 DPI, .JPG or .PNG)
Organized file structure (layers/tags/groups as needed)

Project Compliance
This project has a strict timeline. Failure to deliver preliminary renderings by Sunday, April 6 will result in immediate cancellation of the contract.
