We need to see:Game-ready assets (wireframes, textures, in-engine shots)Optimization examplesAnything you’re proud of

You have no experience creating 3D assets for gamesYou’ve never touched Unity or optimized models for real-time useYou are not living in Istanbul or able to work on-site
What You’ll Do
Model, unwrap, bake, and texture low-poly and high-poly 3D assetsImport and set up assets inside Unity, including basic shadersCollaborate with developers to ensure performance and integrationMaintain a clean, scalable 3D asset pipeline for the team
Your Toolbox
Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max (your call, whichever one you’re better at)Substance Painter/Designer for texturingUnity — importing, materials, optimizationSolid UV unwrapping and map baking knowledgeUnderstanding of Physically Based Rendering (PBR)
You’ll Stand Out If You:
Experience with ZBrush or sculpting toolsBasic rigging and animation knowledgeShader/VFX knowledge in Unity (Shader Graph or HLSL)UI/UX or marketing art experience
