Responsibilities

ABOUT THE POSITION

Responsibilities

Day-to-day support of our art teams, inside and outside the 3D applications. Creation of basic automation scripts, small tools inside and outside the 3d application. Installation and troubleshooting of art software, plugins and scripts. Supporting producers and team leaders in planning deployment of tools. Training art teams in the use of specific tools and best practices. Ensure deliveries follow technical specifications and requirements.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Python Familiarity with shell scripting in Windows Good verbal and written communication skills. English skill is a plus General MS Windows and its troubleshooting skills.

Should Have

Familiarity with Git and Perforce Knowledge of Autodesk Maya, 3DS Max, Blender inner workings Willingness to read legacy, large, codebase. Game engine experience, e.g., Unreal, Unity.

Nice To Have

Understanding of physically based rendering (PBR), lighting and shading. Various DCC software knowledge: ZBrush, Substance Experience in shipping a game as Technical Artist.
