Job Summary
Resolute Media, which produces the nationally syndicated daily radio show “The Charlie Kirk Show,” is looking for a highly experienced Senior Video Producer & Motion Graphics Designer to elevate our podcast video content. This role combines advanced video production with expert motion graphics design to create engaging, visually stunning content that resonates with our audience. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of video storytelling, a passion for conservative values, and a proven track record in motion graphics.
Responsibilities
Produce high-quality video content for the Charlie Kirk Show. Design and animate motion graphics, including bumpers, transitions, lower thirds, and other dynamic visual elements to enhance storytelling. Create visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics for both video and social media platforms. Manage and operate video equipment during live recordings or shoots, ensuring high-quality audio-visual capture. Edit video footage, integrating motion graphics seamlessly to produce a polished final product. Stay on top of breaking news relevant to our audience, crafting timely video segments or updates. Collaborate closely with leadership and the editorial team to ensure video content aligns with the podcast’s objectives and audience expectations. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Ensure all video content is optimized for various platforms, considering format, aspect ratios, and viewer engagement metrics. Keep abreast of the latest trends in video production, motion graphics, and digital media to bring innovation to our content.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in video production and motion graphics, preferably within a similar media or podcast environment. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. Proven track record of creating engaging motion graphics, including bumpers, title sequences, and dynamic visual effects. Strong understanding of video storytelling, with an ability to craft narratives that captivate audiences. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from conception through to delivery. Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and brand consistency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with high-profile individuals and teams. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
