Job Overview
Iām looking for a proactive and detail-oriented assistant to help me build a targeted list of potential buyers for my curated contemporary art business. This includes interior designers, art collectors, luxury real estate developers, and corporate buyers in the Middle East and other high-demand regions.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for researching leads on Instagram and LinkedIn, organizing the information into a comprehensive list, and potentially assisting with initial outreach to start conversations with potential buyers. Your task will involve finding relevant leads, ensuring the data is accurate, and categorizing it effectively for future outreach.
Research and Build Lead Lists
Identify interior designers, art collectors, real estate developers, and corporate buyers on Instagram and LinkedIn who are interested in contemporary art. Use advanced search techniques to identify professionals in high-end design, luxury interiors, and art collectors in the Middle East (Dubai, Doha, Riyadh, Abu Dhabi). Collect data including names, Instagram handles, LinkedIn profiles, contact info (email if available), and relevant industry details.
Organize Leads into a Spreadsheet
Organize collected leads in a Google Sheets or Excel document. Ensure the list is well-structured, with columns for name, contact details, industry, and notes (e.g., buyer interests or engagement with art content).
Outreach (Optional)
If comfortable, assist with sending initial outreach messages via Instagram DMs or LinkedIn InMails, using pre-drafted templates, introducing my curated art collection.
Data Accuracy & Timeliness
Ensure all collected information is accurate and properly logged. Be responsive and maintain a high level of organization with ongoing lead management.
