Seeking a 3D Designer & Developer for Watch Customisation Platform

I am looking for a skilled 3D designer/animator and developer to create high-quality, realistic 3D models of watches and dials, integrated into a WooCommerce WordPress site. This platform will allow users to customise various elements of the watch dial, preview their design in 360-degree views and close-ups, and place an order.

Project Requirements

1. 3D Watch & Dial Customisation Development

• Develop realistic 3D models of watches and dials that users can interact with on the website.

• Enable real-time customisation of dial elements, including:

• Finish:

Adjust material or texture of the dial.

• Numerals:

Change style, add, or remove numbers.

• Logos:

Add custom logos to the dial.

• Additional Features:

Option to add/remove certain design elements.

Ensure a seamless user experience with smooth interactions and high-quality rendering.

The system must be fully integrated into WooCommerce, allowing users to design their watch, preview it, and place an order.

Users must sign up and create an account to complete their order.

Users should also be able to download their customised design (image format) to share on social media before placing an order.

Candidates must provide examples of previous development work demonstrating their ability to create high-end, interactive experiences.

2. 3D Animation for Marketing

Create a 15-second high-quality animation of a custom watch for social media promotion.

The animation should showcase different dial customisation options in an engaging and visually appealing manner.

Initial Watch Models to Develop

The first set of watches to be modelled includes:

• Rolex DateJust (41mm, 36mm)

• Audemars Piguet Royal Oak (41mm) Self-Winding

• Patek Philippe 5711

• Cartier Tank

Ideal Candidate

• Strong expertise in 3D modelling, animation, and web development.

• Experience with interactive 3D configurators, preferably within e-commerce.

• Proficient in WebGL, Three.js, Babylon.js, or similar for seamless web integration.

• Capable of delivering highly realistic renders with attention to fine details.

• Ability to develop user account functionality and design download features.

• Able to provide a portfolio of previous 3D interactive projects.
