Job Position

We are looking at to hire an Animator for us look for a well-rounded mix of creative vision, technical fluency, and collaboration skills. If this excites you, we would like to meet you to discuss further.

Responsibilities

Research various design techniques to provide accurate designs for requested animations. Create multiple design drafts and collaborate with teams and stakeholders for final direction. Use requested design tools, including physical and digital tools, to create initial designs. Create and elaborate on storyboards for requested projects. Prepare presentations with raw designs to clients. Proven ability to draw across different types of artistic styles. Should be able to implement different animation styles, including traditional animation, 3D computer animation, 2D vector animation and others. Liaising with clients and developing animation from their concepts. Collaborate with other animators, clients, and producers. Create high-quality animations by utilizing both hand key animation and motion capture data. Ensures the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product. Provides insightful, creative executions which positively impact a client’s business. Collaborate with the director to establish the vision, create a shot list, edit and assemble footage, adding necessary audio and visual effects. Ensure logical flow, consult with the team, and finalize the cut for broadcasting.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or certificate in computer animation, fine arts, graphic design, or related field. More education, experience, or proficiency with specific animation software platforms may be preferred. 1-3 years of experience required in Animation. Should be excellent in After effect, Premiere pro, Adobe Animate, Maya, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, Illustrator or Blender. Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, and Premier. Creative and artistic skills. Video editing experience is required. Understanding of animation, storytelling, and character development techniques. Attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and direction. Ability to work independently or with a team to develop animations and solve problems.
