You will also contribute to projects for a wide range of clients, from smaller organisations to large-scale programmes. This means working within varying budgets and time constraints, requiring you to make informed decisions on where to focus detail and effort to deliver the best possible result within scope. The role is primarily remote; however, occasional visits to our Fareham office will be required, particularly during client training sessions, where you may be needed to support with quick fixes or adjustments to simulation assets. There, you will have access to our brand-new Digital Innovation and Simulation Centre in Fareham, where your work is presented on large-scale simulator displays used for client training and demonstrations. No maritime experience is required as training is provided, though any prior knowledge or interest in maritime environments would be beneficial. You will work in a collaborative, innovative environment with immersive simulators and mentorship, offering excellent opportunities to develop your skills in 3D art and maritime simulation. You should be confident balancing quality, accuracy, and speed, delivering work efficiently without compromising standards. You will be proactive in communication, comfortable asking questions, seeking clarification, and sharing progress to ensure alignment with project goals. A strong intrinsic interest in 3D modelling is essential; you take pride in your work and remain engaged even when working on less visually exciting assets. A positive, motivated attitude and willingness to contribute to the team are key. You should be comfortable making practical decisions on asset quality and level of detail based on time constraints, project requirements, and client budgets. A willingness to learn maritime subjects and proprietary simulation software is essential. Your enthusiasm and proactive mindset will help you develop your skills and deliver accurate, high-quality models for our clients. We expect you to share our passion for creating a more environmentally and socially sustainable future for all our stakeholders What's Next?
