Senior Designer (4 years experience +) | Experiential Design Sydney | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 remote) WOW Recruitment are exclusively partnered with an experiential agency looking for a Senior Designer with exceptional 3D spatial design skills and a passion for creating unforgettable brand experiences. As part of a collaborative creative team, you’ll dissect briefs, craft moodboards, and help map out 3D concepts that set a clear direction for exceptional design work. You’ll stay close to the process - owning 3D design delivery on key workstreams, refining ideas with the Creative Director, and ensuring every detail aligns with the vision and client objectives. What you’ll do:Lead 3D/spatial design for experiential events and branded environments - from quick look‑dev to presentation‑ready renders.Translate ideas into 3D models, visuals and technical packs (e.g., plans, elevations, material/finish call‑outs) that bring concepts to life and support fabrication.Collaborate with the Creative Director/Art Director, designers and producers to maintain quality and consistency through pitch, design development and production.Consider flow, materials and audience journeys so every space tells a cohesive, on‑brand story.Support deck creation and basic graphic/brand asset rollout as needed; maintain tidy, spec‑accurate files and version control. What we’re looking for:Proven experience as a Senior Designer (or a strong Mid‑Weight ready to step up) in experiential, interior architecture, events, or adjacent spatial design fields.A portfolio that showcases strong 3D craft (form, proportion, spatial storytelling, materiality) and polished renders/visualisations.Proficiency with industry‑standard 3D tools (e.g., Rhino, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Vectorworks) and renderers (e.g., V‑Ray, Enscape, KeyShot).They use Rhino and V‑Ray in‑house and are happy to upskill you if you’re coming from another comparable stack.Ability to manage multiple projects, work cross‑functionally and hit deadlines with calm, pragmatic problem‑solving.Adobe Creative Suite for presentations and light graphic tasks.Comfortable contributing to high‑end projects and collaborating with suppliers/fabricators.
