Job Overview
We are urgently seeking a talented and experienced 3D Artist / 3D Technologist Lead to join our innovative apparel design and development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading 3D product development initiatives, bringing digital garments to life, and driving efficiency across our digital sampling processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead 3D apparel design and development projects using tools such as CLO 3D, Browzwear (VStitcher), or similar software.
• Collaborate with designers, product developers, and technical teams to digitize styles and ensure fit accuracy.
• Create high-quality 3D garments for presentation, marketing, and sampling purposes.
• Oversee the digital asset library including trims, fabrics, and avatars.
• Implement and maintain 3D workflows in line with product development timelines.
• Train and guide junior 3D artists and support staff.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on 3D prototypes and visualizations.
• Stay up to date with emerging 3D technologies and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a 3D Artist or 3D Technologist in the apparel industry.
• Proficient in CLO 3D, Browzwear VStitcher, or other 3D garment simulation software.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and technical specifications.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, or related field.
