Our client, a forward-thinking player in the fintech and cross-border payments space, is seeking a Creative/Motion Designer with a strong visual storytelling ability and a passion for innovation. This role requires a highly creative individual who can conceptualize and produce engaging motion graphics, animations, and digital content that resonate with diverse audiences and reflect a bold, modern brand identity.
Collaboration
As a key member of the content and design team, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to develop compelling creatives for campaigns, social media, product explainers, brand visuals, and more. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in motion design tools but also understands design systems, brand aesthetics, and user engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality designs, flyers, motion graphics, animated assets, and video content for digital channels (web, social, product, campaigns). Translate creative briefs and marketing concepts into visual storytelling. Work with cross-functional teams to develop content that supports brand strategy, product communication, and user experience. Maintain and evolve brand consistency through animation and visual identity. Develop templates and visual systems that ensure scalability and efficiency. Stay on top of trends in design, animation, fintech, and digital media.
Requirements
Proven experience (2–4 years) in motion design, animation, or a related creative role. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Figma. A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and digital visual storytelling. Excellent visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, layout, and brand aesthetics. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Experience in fintech, tech, or startup environments is a plus. Knowledge of UI/UX principles and product storytelling is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with cross-border or global digital brands. Familiarity with 3D animation or visual effects is a bonus. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
