Job Summary
As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for a wide range of media, including digital advertisements, social media content, video productions, and more. You will work closely with our creative team to conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the creative team to develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that enhance our digital content. Create storyboards and style frames to visualize concepts and present them to stakeholders. Design and animate graphics for videos, social media, websites, and other digital platforms. Edit and enhance video footage, adding motion elements and visual effects as needed. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in motion design and incorporate them into projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Maintain and organize project files, assets, and templates for efficient workflow.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field or undergraduate. Proven experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and design principles. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback. Knowledge of video editing, sound design, and color grading is a plus. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
