Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Dhaka, Bangladesh for a Motion Graphic Designer at MADBangla. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating captivating animations and videos, designing engaging motion graphics, and collaborating with the design team to bring dynamic storytelling to life.
Key Responsibilities
Design and animate engaging motion graphics for digital ads, product videos, social media, presentations, and more. Create visually appealing static graphics, layouts, and illustrations. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring creative concepts to life. Maintain brand consistency across all visual content. Edit video content and sync audio when necessary. Stay current on design trends, animation techniques, and industry tools.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in motion graphics and graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). Strong portfolio showcasing both motion graphics and graphic design work. Excellent sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
