RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Produce High quality 3D models and renderings · Interpret 2D Plans to 3D· Produce stunning architectural and interior Imagery from pegs and references· Interpret storyboards for 3D production· Generate Architectural Perspectives and Animations
Requirements:
· Excellent in creating 3D Illustrations and Animations using 3D Studio Max & Photoshop· Skills in Using Vray and Corona· A Degree or Diploma in Creative/Multimedia Arts, Architecture or Interior Design· Preferably with exposure in the Real Estate, Architecture or related discipline· Passion for 3D, Architecture, Fine Arts, Photography or Film· Excellent output in lighting, texturing and Rendering· Experience in Network Rendering/Spawner/Backburner is a plus· Experience in visualization animation workflow is a plus · An eye for good design and details· Able to deliver excellent outputs even on tight timelines· Good planning skills and a team player· Must know how to have fun at work
