Job Description

We are looking for a talented 3D Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets, environments, and characters that align with the artistic vision of our projects. You will collaborate with designers, animators, and developers to bring concepts to life in visually engaging ways.

Key Responsibilities

Create and optimize 3D models, textures, and animations for characters, environments, props, and other assets. Collaborate with game designers to ensure 3D assets meet gameplay and narrative requirements. Assist in defining and maintaining the artistic style and visual quality benchmarks for the game. Mentor junior artists, providing guidance on 3D modelling techniques, optimization strategies, and best practices. Participate in art reviews, provide constructive feedback, and iterate on artwork based on team input. Optimize 3D assets for performance, memory usage, and scalability on a variety of mobile devices. Stay updated with industry trends, new software tools, and emerging techniques in 3D art and mobile game development. Support the integration and implementation of 3D assets into game engines, ensuring they meet technical specifications and design goals. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on evolving needs and your growing skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, or related field. 2-3 years of professional experience as a 3D Artist in mobile game development or related industry. Expertise in 3D modelling software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max. Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating and optimizing 3D assets for mobile games. Excellent understanding of texture mapping, shading, and lighting techniques. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements. Leadership skills and ability to mentor junior artists, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
