Job Opportunity: Freelance 3D Motion Designer
We’re currently looking for a Freelance 3D Motion Designer (Full-time until December 2025, with possibility of extension into 2026), to join one of our biggest teams inside a multinational company, creating short and clear animations that visually support user guidance in both digital and physical products.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with UX teams and interaction designers to create high-quality visual assistant animations. Work on both pre-production (3D visualizations in Keyshot) and post-production (enhancing and refining visuals in After Effects). Deliver concise 3D motion animations (3–20 sec) to demonstrate product interactions and improve user understanding. Ensure alignment with design systems and visual consistency across projects. Partner closely with engineers, UX researchers, and product teams to ensure animations are accurate and user-centered. Maintain high quality standards, optimizing deliverables for different platforms and mediums. Stay updated on the latest 3D, motion graphics and animation trends, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
Requirements
Proven experience as a 3D Artist / Motion Designer. Advanced skills in Keyshot and After Effects. Solid background in 3D animation, modeling, and rendering. Strong eye for visual storytelling and detail. Ability to work collaboratively with UX, product, and engineering teams. Experience in producing high-quality animations for product instruction, guidance, or UX-related content. Fluent English (international client). Based in Barcelona with a valid work permit. Availability for a full-time freelance contract until December 2025 (extension possible).
