Job Description
Bad Apple Media is looking for a skilled After Effects animator to join our creative team on a freelance or part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a current or recent film school student eager to get hands-on experience in the industry and contribute to dynamic branded content, social campaigns, and original storytelling. What You’ll Do
• Create compelling motion graphics and animations primarily using After Effects • Collaborate closely with our editors and directors to bring projects to life • Animate typography, logos, lower thirds, and visual effects for a wide range of clients • Work on a variety of formats, from Instagram Reels to commercial projects
Ideal Candidate
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite • Has a strong eye for motion, design, and timing • Film school student or recent graduate (preferred but not required) • Located in Los Angeles and available for in-person work • Reliable, creative, and collaborative
