What are we looking for in you?

Requirements:
📌 8+ years of animation experience (feature films, VFX, TV, or games).📌 Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, timing, and appeal.📌 Proficiency in Maya or equivalent 3D animation software.📌 Strong communication skills, teamwork, and openness to feedback.📌 Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to new workflows and tools.📌 Availability for on-site work, Monday to Friday, during office hours.
Nice to have:
📌 Experience with crowd or background character animation.📌 Knowledge of technical and aesthetic animation fixes (intersections, cloth, pops, eyelines).📌 Experience in 3D feature films or other complex projects.📌 Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
📌 Bring characters and stories to life through compelling, believable animation.📌 Create animation cycles for crowd simulations and background characters.📌 Perform technical and aesthetic fixes to maintain visual quality.📌 Participate in animation reviews, propose solutions, and help raise overall standards.📌 Work within the animation pipeline, preparing shots for submission and final delivery.📌 Meet production deadlines while collaborating closely with the team.
