Job Description
Primary responsibilities include teaching applied drum set lessons, but may also include small jazz ensemble direction and academic courses according to the successful candidate’s skill set.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will also assist the Director of Jazz Studies in implementing the jazz curriculum and other jazz area events, including recruitment of new students.
Minimum Qualifications
Masters degree in jazz studies preferred; significant performing experience in jazz and affiliated styles required.
