Digital Animator at Lookumation Studio – Greece

Company Description Lookumation Studio & Design is a creative collective of young artists, based in the southern suburbs of Athens, Greece, specializing in multimedia visual communication. We produce visuals on multiple mediums, for our own projects and for clients, including animation, branding, web design, illustration, gaming, social media content and more. Role Description This is a part-time remote position, but depending on skillset and availability, full-time can also be discussed. Your role would be to animate short form videos, lipsync and add subtitles, in After Effects. All assets and characters have already been created and rigged, sound will be given to you and all that is left is to animate the characters in the scene. You are encouraged to apply for this position even if you don’t have a lot of experience and are interested in learning. We will offer extensive guidance in order for you to get up to speed. Qualifications Love for animationStrong understanding of flash style armature character animationEfficient and good at managing deadlinesBasic After Effects experienceGood internet connection and a computer that can handle After Effects adequetly Not a must but would be appreciated Prior experience with Angela Duik Rigs or similar (ex. Moho)Education in animation at any levelProfficient in Greek language as the videos are in Greek Adaptable Work scheduleSince this is a remote position you are encouraged to work at any time of the day you prefer, but keep in mind that our studio will be available for communication during specific ours. Hiring processPrior to hiring there will be a paid test run with one of our episodes. You are encouraged to complete the test on a timely manner and to the best of your ability. Guidance will be provided ahead of time. CompensationStarting at minimum wage (Greece), adapted to part time or full time work, and based on the qualifications requested.
