What You'll DoCreate consistently high-quality environment art for an established, live gameTake work from concept through to in-game implementationCollaborate across disciplines with art, production, and development teamsWork with Production to provide accurate and achievable time estimatesManage your own tasks, meet deadlines, and proactively flag issues Essential Requirements3+ years' experience as an Environment ArtistOnline portfolio demonstrating environment art workExperience shipping at least one published titleStrong grasp of real-world references, colour theory, staging, and lightingProficiency with industry-standard tools (3ds Max, Blender, Maya or similar)Understanding of rendering budgets and performance considerationsExperience working within Agile/Scrum methodologyFluent English communication skills BenefitsFully remote working, with the option to work from a physical office location in SurreyFlexible hours to fit around family or personal commitmentsTraining and development supportTask-driven culture with a no-blame, growth mindset ethos
