About the RoleWe're looking for a talented Environment Artist to join a small, passionate development team. You'll be expanding our successful sports simulation game with fresh, high-quality content - raising the visual bar and helping shape the direction of our growing product lineup.You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, so clear communication and collaboration are just as important as your artistic skills. What You'll DoCreate consistently high-quality environment art for an established, live gameTake work from concept through to in-game implementationCollaborate across disciplines with art, production, and development teamsWork with Production to provide accurate and achievable time estimatesManage your own tasks, meet deadlines, and proactively flag issues Essential Requirements3+ years' experience as an Environment ArtistOnline portfolio demonstrating environment art workExperience shipping at least one published titleStrong grasp of real-world references, colour theory, staging, and lightingProficiency with industry-standard tools (3ds Max, Blender, Maya or similar)Understanding of rendering budgets and performance considerationsExperience working within Agile/Scrum methodologyFluent English communication skills BenefitsFully remote working, with the option to work from a physical office location in SurreyFlexible hours to fit around family or personal commitmentsTraining and development supportTask-driven culture with a no-blame, growth mindset ethos
