About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Graphic & Motion Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is perfect for a designer with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the drive to bring static designs to life through animation. You’ll work on a variety of digital and social content, branding materials, and motion assets that support our marketing and communication goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality visuals for web, social media, advertising, and print
Create engaging motion graphics for videos, reels, stories, intros, and product explainers
Assist in developing visual concepts and mood boards for campaigns
Support the creative team in maintaining brand consistency across all assets
Adapt and animate existing designs into motion graphics (e.g., logos, icons, banners)
Work collaboratively with content, marketing, and product teams
Stay up to date on design trends, motion tools, and emerging platforms
Requirements
2- 4 years of experience in graphic and/or motion design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Strong sense of layout, color theory, typography, and composition
Basic knowledge of video editing and animation principles
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Portfolio showcasing both graphic and motion design work
Bonus Skills
Experience with DaVinci or Blender
Illustration or 3D animation skills
Interest in branding, storytelling, and digital marketing
