Job Description
We are on the hunt for a Junior Motion Designer to join our dynamic studio, you’ll play a key role in transforming creative briefs from our amazing retained clients into captivating visual narratives that bring bold ideas to life. Collaborate with a passionate team across diverse accounts, including industry giants like Uber, Paramount+, Paramount Pictures, Kimberly-Clark, and BMW Group, to name a few.
Responsibilities
You’ll have solid motion design experience and a passion for creating impactful visual content. You’ll join our creative studio and work across a wide variety of retained client accounts—turning briefs into eye-catching videos, animations, illustrations, and edited imagery.
Growth Opportunities
While this is a junior role, we’re looking for someone who already has hands-on experience in motion design and is excited to continue honing their craft. You’ll be supported and mentored by senior team members as you grow your design skills and deepen your creative thinking.

The Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will bring the following:Proven experience in motion design with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create thoughtful, well-executed motion graphics.A strong grasp of the Adobe Creative Suite—especially After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.A degree in Design or a related field is preferred, but relevant internships or agency experience will also be considered.A passion for design in the digital space and a solid understanding of social media platforms and trends.Confidence in working within brand guidelines and aligning visuals with content strategies.Excellent time management—you’ll be juggling multiple projects and deadlines.A flexible mindset, willingness to learn, and proactive attitude.
