As a Lead Compositor, you will lead by example, setting the standard for high-quality composite shots in feature film or episodic shows. Your expertise in Nuke and feature film production will ensure continuity and consistency across sequences.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Production and other Creative teams to achieve the goals of the projectEstablish sequence looks for key visual effects shotsSolve high-level show technical and creative challengesRecognize knowledge gaps and actively collaborate with the team to find solutionsBuild and maintain templates to support other artistsCollaborate with other compositors to share knowledge and techniquesOn-the-box compositing of complex shots (live action sourced and/or full CG)Ensure continuity and consistency across sequences and shotsUtilize and share core knowledge of 2D image manipulation processes such as tracking, color correction, depth of field, retiming, warping, and photographic optical effects to achieve photorealistic composites

Qualifications

5+ years live-action feature film or episodic compositing experienceAdvanced Nuke skills and knowledge of compositing workflowsAdvanced understanding of 3D computer graphics, including modeling, lighting, and animationExcellent leadership, organizational and time management skillsExperience using Shotgrid/Flow or other VFX Production tracking softwareAbility to engage in positive collaboration and communicate effectivelyTraditional art, photography, and film background (preferred)Python, Blinkscript, or C++ experience (preferred)Nuke particle experience (preferred)OCIO/ACES Color Config and management experience (preferred)360 VR or Array Compositing experience (preferred)

제작 및 크리에이티브 팀과 협업하여 프로젝트 목표 달성주요 시각 효과 샷의 시퀀스 룩 설정고난도의 쇼 기술 및 창의성에 대한 도전적인 문제 해결각각의 경험도를 파악하고 팀과 함께 솔루션 모색다른 아티스트들을 지원할 템플릿 개발 및 유지 관리컴포지터들과 협력하여 지식 및 기술 공유라이브 액션 소스나 풀CG 같은 복잡한 샷을 직접적으로 컴포지팅시퀀스 및 샷 간의 연속성과 일관성 유지트래킹, 색보정, 심도, 리타이밍, 워핑, 사진 촬영 효과 등 2D 이미지 조작 프로세스에 대한 핵심 지식을 활용하고 공유하여 포토리얼리스틱한 컴포징 달성

자격요건

5년간의 실사 장편 영화 혹은 에피소드 컴포징 경력숙련된 Nuke 실력과 컴포지팅 워크플로우에 대한 이해도모델링과 라이트닝 그리고 애니메이션을 포함한 능숙한 3D컴퓨터 그래픽에 대한 이해뛰어난 리더쉽과 조직및 시간 관리 능력Shotgrid/Flow등 VFX 제작 추적 소프트웨어 사용 경험긍정적인 협업과 뛰어난 소통능력순수 예술, 사진 그리고 영화 관련 배경 (우대)Python, BlinkScript 혹은 C++ 경험 (우대)Nuke 파티클 경험 (우대)OCIO/ACES 색상 구성 및 관리 경험 (우대)360VR 혹은 Array 컴포지팅 경험 (우대)
