About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Artist to join our Performance Marketing team and work exclusively on Shorts, our fast-growing short-drama app. This role is highly focused on video editing and cutting series episodes into compelling ads. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where performance comes before beauty. If you love watching drama series, know how to spot key emotional moments, and can turn them into eye-catching ads, this role is for you.
What you will do
– Edit and cut large volumes of drama series footage into high-performing video ads (main focus of the role). – Select key moments from episodes to build strong narrative arcs for ads. – Adapt content into multiple formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9). – Ensure all outputs are aligned with performance KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS), not just aesthetics. – Collaborate with the UA team and creative strategist to test, iterate, and scale ad concepts. – Occasionally create or adapt other ad formats (UGC, static visuals, etc.) when needed. – Stay up to date with content and ad trends, especially in short drama, entertainment, and TikTok-style editing.
Who you are
– Proven experience in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent). – Ability to work at speed and high volume without sacrificing quality of storytelling. – Strong sense for drama storytelling and emotional impact. – Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment (experience in UA/marketing ads is a plus). – Good English required (content is in English). – Passion for drama content – you’ll be watching it daily!
Location
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our French hubs (Bordeaux/Paris). There is a job offer open in each city, but only one vacancy.
