Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Motion Designer to join our team and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Home App. The ideal candidate will craft engaging motion interactions and patterns, ensuring seamless animation transitions across various platforms including Android, iOS, Wear, and Web. This role involves close collaboration with UX designers, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality motion designs and implement feedback efficiently within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement motion interactions and patterns within the Home App.Follow the Home Motion System guidelines to advise on animations and transitions for diverse devices.Create and present high-quality motion flows for stakeholder review.Define and publish detailed motion specifications, patterns, and interactions.Work in tandem with UX designers, engineers, and PMs, maintaining high-quality deliverables and adhering to deadlines. Must-Have Skills:Profound understanding of animation principles applicable to UI design.Proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.Strong grasp of UX motion design principles and design systems.
