Key Responsibilities
✅ Plan and conceptualize design solutions based on thorough research and trend analysis for social media, websites, and other marketing materials.
✅ Analyze project briefs and determine design requirements, translating them into compelling visual concepts.
✅ Develop initial design drafts and present creative ideas to the team and clients.
✅ Create high-quality illustrations, logos, and other graphic elements using industry-standard software.
✅ Ensure graphics are optimized for various media platforms and devices, maintaining visual integrity.
✅ Collaborate closely with copywriters and the creative director to refine designs and produce final deliverables.
✅ Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
✅ Produce engaging motion graphics and reels for social media platforms, enhancing audience engagement.
Key Requirements
✔ Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
✔ Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and (add any other needed software, e.g. After Effects, InDesign).
✔ A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and detail, with a strong understanding of visual communication principles.
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
✔ Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Strong organizational and time management skills.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is highly desirable.
