Position Overview

We’re seeking a creative-minded motion designer who is passionate about animation and innovation in the advertising world. At Central, we actively deliver fresh, outstanding ideas, stay ahead of market trends, and transform them into compelling conceptual storytelling through video media across all channels while continuously pushing the boundaries of creativity. Additionally, they should handle time-sensitive projects with a positive attitude under pressure.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Create captivating motion graphics and edit CENTRAL’s thematic campaign films for distribution across the official channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) and Out-of-home media, reflecting various customer behaviors. Collaborate with the creative designer to create website’s video banner for always-on campaign, brand campaign, categories campaign, new arrivals and ETC. Collaborate with online marketing team to create storyboard and video of lifestyle content aligned with marketing communication strategies, focusing on real-time marketing, seasonal events, and social trends. Stay updated on current video advertising trends and new animation technique that could benefit the business and increase Central’s brand engagement. Implement creative assets of campaign from agency or inhouse-creative to enhance and maintain campaign awareness throughout the entire period.

Qualifications

Skilled in integrating movement into graphic design, while adhering to motion design principles such as hierarchy, alignment, contrast and color, space, rhythm, and sound. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro, and be able to use Illustrator and Photoshop. Bachelor’s degree in film and motion, graphic design, communication design, fine arts, or a related field with a strong interest in creativity and motion graphics. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a motion graphic designer or VDO editor of digital agency, online advertising company, corporation or a related industry. Be able to create storyboards or has been involved in shooting production for movie or TVC is a plus Always be aware of customer-centric mindset and apply critical thinking skills when navigating ad-hoc situations with a positive attitude. Strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Work Monday to Friday, including one work-from-home day per week.
