Brief
Trimize is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to take the lead on our brand’s visual identity across both digital and physical touchpoints. This includes everything from social media creatives to packaging designs. The ideal candidate is not only highly creative but also detail-oriented, with a deep understanding of branding, marketing objectives, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative concepts and visual assets across various platforms, including social media, website, ads, and print materials. Design eye-catching and brand-consistent packaging materials that reflect product positioning and resonate with target audiences. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate campaign ideas into compelling visuals. Create visuals for digital content: posts, stories, reels, covers, ad banners, presentations, animations and email marketing. Ensure packaging designs meet technical requirements for production and align with industry standards. Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all assets. Stay up to date with design trends, competitor visuals, and new tools. Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a graphic design role with a strong portfolio. Hands-on experience in packaging design and knowledge of print production requirements. Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva. Motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects or similar) is a strong plus. Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory. Ability to manage time efficiently and collaborate with different departments. Creative, proactive, and always striving for quality and innovation.
