The ideal candidate will have a good sense of timing and animation principles, and be able to work creatively within brand guidelines. They should have the ability to produce high-quality motion graphics and animations that effectively communicate the brand message and engage the target audience. They should be a team player with excellent communication skills, and able to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Work you'll do:Create innovative ways to tell a story with motion graphicsTransform scripts into well-designed style frames and storyboards.Collaborate with a team of animators, editors, writers, and designers to brainstorm and support each other in fast-paced agency environment.Build content for social media, events, web, and moreStay up-to-date on trends and industry best-practicesJob Qualifications:Minimum of 3+ years of animation experience Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and 2D animationBasic compositing and editing skills are essential.Knowledge of 3D design and Cinema 4D, as well as familiarity with video editing in Adobe Premiere, would be beneficial but not requiredWorking knowledge of Figma is a plusWorking knowledge or an understanding of Adobe Creative Suite portfolio of appsMinimum of a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, video or related fieldThe ability to work occasional nights and weekends if neededBenefits:23K offers a competitive salary and benefits package that includes fully paid medical insurance, 401(k) retirement fund, paid PTO, annual reviews, performance bonuses, and a hybrid schedule that offers a partial work from home schedule.
