Responsibilities

• Design and animate branded motion graphics—logos, icons, typography, transitions, and visual content—for marketing videos, product explainers, social media, and other digital touchpoints.

• Develop high-quality 2D animations that reflect and elevate the brand’s visual identity.

• Animate static designs and illustrations into polished, dynamic visuals for multi-platform use.

• Take direction from Executive Creative Directors and collaborate with design, marketing, and brand teams to ensure alignment across all visual assets and brand expressions.

• Contribute to creative ideation and concept development for campaign and video content.

• Have an understanding of editorial workflows with the ability to perform light video editing, sequencing, and audio syncing as needed.

• Establish and maintain a consistent motion language that aligns with brand guidelines across all content.

• Optimize and export animations for performance across web, social, and mobile in ready-to-use formats.

• Prepare and deliver final animation files and working assets for publishing, development, or cross-functional use.

• Support the creation of scalable animation toolkits, templates, and systems for team-wide use.

• Stay current with motion design trends, animation tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design or animation in a creative agency or in-house brand team.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to design clean, branded presentation decks and integrate motion graphics seamlessly.

• Proven ability to design and animate branded content, including logos, icons, typography, and transitions.

• Experience creating polished 2D animations and dynamic visuals for digital platforms (web, mobile, social, video).

• Ability to maintain brand consistency and execute visual direction across motion assets.

• Comfortable taking creative direction from senior leadership and applying it effectively.

• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, brand, and content).

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality, visually aligned deliverables.
