We're looking for a passionate and creative Motion Designers for Marketing Team who will be producing engaging marketing creatives for our chart-topping games. You will be responsible for creating high quality marketing visuals for Bigger’s mobile marketing campaigns. As a part of our Marketing team, you will be working closely with marketing managers to reach and engage with millions of players all around the world.If you are a talented marketing artist who loves games and shares our passion for games, come and join us! ABOUT THIS ROLE:Produce animated motion graphics and video layouts using After EffectsHave a strong understanding of AI toolsCollaborate with marketing teams to optimize creatives based on performance dataStay updated on gaming, advertising, and visual design trends to keep our campaigns fresh and effectiveParticipate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts that drive user acquisition YOU COULD BE A GREAT FIT IF:2+ years of experience in visual arts and creating motion graphicsStrong knowledge of visual editing tools, like Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator to be able to deliver quality assetsExperience with AI tools and technologiesBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Arts or relevant fields is a plusSolid understanding of color theory, composition, typography, and digital marketing visualsExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindsetPassion for games and player psychologyGreat understanding of composition, color theory, and graphic/visual/stylistic trends in gamesGood sense of gameplay experience and special attention to detailA perfect team player with excellent communication skillsGood knowledge of 3D is a plusPrevious experience in a gaming company is a big plus BONUS POINT IF:You’ve played Kitchen Masters and explored the game.
