Project Overview
Building two Sketchup 3D models of surrounding neighbourhood houses in Melbourne. Existing CAD dwg of site and houses either side of site, site photos and google streetview coordinates will be provided.
Scope of Work
The work is the same scope for two separate locations. Freelancer should be highly proficient in Sketchup and the model should be well organised (layers, groups, components) and detailed. No interior details, textures or trees required. See example image attached of level of detail required.
Deliverables
The final work should include nothing on the proposed site (red line), just surrounding buildings (yellow line) modelled from elevations, photos and google street view. Final work to be delivered as two Sketchup files that I can import and make modifications.
