Job Title
PowerPoint Designer with Animations experience for remote part time role for an 8-month Contract.
Responsibilities
Responsible for transforming complex information into visually appealing slides, incorporating dynamic animations, and ensuring presentations are professional, polished, and impactful. Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand presentation goals and content requirements. Design and develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations with clear visuals, graphics, and layout. Create visually compelling slides using advanced PowerPoint features, including animations, transitions, and custom templates. Ensure presentations are aligned with brand guidelines and convey messaging effectively. Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to develop presentations for various purposes, including internal meetings, client pitches, webinars, and marketing materials. Optimize slides for clarity, readability, and engagement while maintaining consistency in style, colors, fonts, and logo usage. Edit and refine existing presentations to enhance visual appeal and integrate dynamic elements. Provide quick turnaround for ad-hoc requests while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Stay up-to-date on PowerPoint design trends, animation techniques, and best practices. Ensure all presentations are error-free and deliver on time.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate must have a flexible working schedule and be open to working nights and weekends as needed. This role requires someone who can adjust to varying work hours to meet project deadlines and support our dynamic business needs. Creative and detail-oriented PowerPoint Designer to work with the Marketing team. Must have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of PowerPoint functionalities, and the ability to create engaging presentations that align with our brand and marketing goals. Proven experience in designing presentations, particularly in PowerPoint, with a strong portfolio of previous work. Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, including custom animations, transitions, and design functionalities. Experience with graphics and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus. Ability to think creatively and translate complex information into visually compelling presentations. Strong attention to detail with a focus on typography, layout, and color theory. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. A background in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with marketing teams or departments to create presentations. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
