Job Title: Senior Graphic & Motion Designer
Location: Lagos (Full-time Onsite)
Remuneration: ₦300,000 – ₦500,000 (Monthly)
About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Designer with exceptional visual storytelling skills — someone who can design and craft jaw-dropping graphics and motion designs that capture attention, communicate powerfully, and drive engagement. You’ll be working closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Brand Strategy teams to create outstanding visual content across various media — digital campaigns, social media, websites, product videos, brand identity projects, and more. If you are passionate about great design, obsessed with motion graphics trends, and skilled in transforming ideas into compelling visuals, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualized and designed high-quality graphics for brand campaigns, ads, and marketing materials. Create stunning motion graphics for digital content, social media, product launches, and marketing videos. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visual outputs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Please make sure to maintain brand consistency across all designs and motion projects. Stay up-to-date with design trends, motion design innovations, and emerging technologies. Guide and mentor junior designers as needed.
Requirements
4+ years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics. Strong portfolio showcasing jaw-dropping graphic design and motion work (applications without portfolios will not be considered). Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools like Figma. Ability to craft compelling stories through visuals and motion. Excellent sense of layout, typography, color, and animation timing. Highly creative with strong attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines. Bonus: Experience with 3D animation (e.g., Blender, Cinema4D) or video editing is an added advantage.
