Responsibilities

Execute high-quality motion graphics, animations, video edits and digital design assets. Support multiple business units, including social media, internal communications, events, product marketing, and employer branding.

Maintain consistency and quality across all visual assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Collaborate with creative leads and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of all projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Provide guidance and mentorship to mid-level or junior designers when required. Stay current with motion design and video editing trends, tools and industry best practices.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in motion design, video editing, and digital content creation. Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere), and other motion graphics and video editing tools.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, animation techniques and video storytelling. Ability to create polished, engaging motion graphics and video content across multiple platforms. Experience working across social media, web, and internal communications channels. Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills. A portfolio showcasing high-quality motion design and video editing work across campaigns and digital platforms.
