Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Motion Graphic Designer to lead the creation of high-quality animations and video content for real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in motion design, video editing, and animation, with the ability to develop compelling visual storytelling that aligns with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and animate logos, elements, and graphics using industry-standard software. Develop creative concepts and motion strategies for video projects. Edit and assemble high-quality video content with smooth transitions and effects. Perform color correction and camera tracking for professional-quality visuals. Enhance videos with sound effects, music, and typography animations. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce engaging motion graphics. Oversee junior designers and provide creative direction on projects.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate motion graphics. Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in motion graphic design. Expert proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D (or equivalent). Strong storytelling, creativity, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
