Responsibilities
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Motion Graphics/Graphic Designer with strong experience in both static and motion design, particularly within the IT domain.
Key Responsibilities
Create visually compelling and on-brand graphics for marketing materials including digital ads, brochures, presentations, explainer videos, and website content.
Design and animate motion graphics and video assets for use across web, social media, product explainers, and internal IT communications.
Collaborate with marketing and IT product teams to develop creative concepts that convey complex technical information in a clear and engaging way.
Maintain and evolve the company’s visual brand identity, ensuring consistent design across all platforms and campaigns.
Manage multiple design and motion projects from concept through final delivery, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
Stay current with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software tools to keep content fresh, engaging, and innovative.
Present design concepts and motion ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine outputs.
Organize and manage digital assets for efficiency and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
4–6 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics, preferably within an IT or tech-based environment.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, and UI/UX design principles is a plus.
Strong foundation in design principles, color theory, layout, and typography.
Exceptional creativity with the ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visual formats.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects with efficiency and professionalism.
