Senior Video Editor / Motion Graphics Animator (Long-form YouTube Documentaries)This is a full-time onsite position in Sheraton Al Nozha, Cairo. About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled senior video editor with strong storytelling and motion graphics experience to work on long-form YouTube documentaries that make complex science, engineering topics, and major world events visually clear and emotionally powerful.The role involves editing 30–60 minute narrative-driven documentaries that combine editing precision with design thinking to tell stories that captivate millions of viewers worldwide.This is a full-time onsite position in Sheraton, Cairo. ResponsibilitiesEdit long-form science and engineering documentaries for YouTube (30–60 minutes)Design and animate 2D motion graphics and technical animations in After Effectscreate dynamic map animations in After Effects using GeoLayers.Use Photoshop and Illustrator to design custom animation assets.Build cinematic pacing, rhythm, and tone that elevate storytelling.Collaborate closely with the creative director on structure and visual design.Deliver YouTube-ready final outputs with seamless audio/video integration.Maintain high production quality suitable for top YouTube documentary channels Required Skills5+ years editing experience in Adobe Premiere Pro5+ years experience in Adobe After EffectsExperience with GeoLayersAdobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAdobe AuditionExperience editing long-form YouTube videos (15+ minutes)related to science, engineering, or technical topicsStrong understanding of documentary storytellingAbility to work with large editing projects and complex timelinesStrong English comprehension QualificationsFluent in English.Based near Sheraton Al Nozha or willing to commute daily.Available full-time and able to commit to a consistent on-site schedule.A strong portfolio that demonstrates cinematic editing and clean motion design.
