What Youll Do
Ensure a consistent and high-quality look and feel by strictly following the Design Language. Work closely with other designers to ensure the integration of the Web Design System into the product development lifecycle. Present ideas in a clear and compelling way across continents and cultures. Proactively identify and address visual design inconsistencies.

Possess a proven track record in designing elements of a design language, such as color, typography, illustration, iconography, spacing, and layout. Can demonstrate visually compelling, innovative, and effective designs. Have deep expertise and hands-on experience in creating cohesive sets of icons and illustrations. Can create high-quality illustrations and icon assets from scratch while following a predefined visual style. Understand font creation, including icon fonts. Can design and adjust grids to ensure cohesive sets of icons and illustrations. Can adapt icons and illustrations to different levels of detail across various scaling factors. Have a proven track record of developing scalable designs across platforms and form factors. Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard tools. Have a structured and independent working style with a passion for accuracy and a positive, self-motivated, can-do attitude. Have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JSON.
What You Bring
A bachelor’s or masters degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Interface Design, Industrial Design, Media Design, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience leading visual design projects, ideally in a global environment. A stunning design portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative design solutions. A good understanding of design token architecture (a plus).
