Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor & Animator with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join the creative team. This role is instrumental in creating visually captivating video content and animations that engage and inspire our audience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and requirements for video content and animations. Edit and assemble raw footage, ensuring seamless transitions, audio quality, and visual consistency. Incorporate animations, motion graphics, and special effects to enhance video content. Create engaging and dynamic animations from concept to final production. Optimize videos for various platforms and screen sizes while maintaining quality. Work with a variety of video and animation styles.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field. 2+ years of professional experience. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects). Ability to create custom graphics and illustrations for animations. Trimming footage and putting together the rough project. Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
Preferred Skills
Experience in 3D modeling and animation. Knowledge of color grading and correction techniques. Familiarity with sound design and audio editing. Previous work on a variety of video genres and styles. Understanding of video optimization for web and social media platforms.
