The Role
We’re looking for a top 1% video editor and motion designer — someone with at least 8 years of professional experience — to join our growing creative team. You’ll start working remotely, but the role will transition into a hybrid model (remote + office-based) over time.
You Are:
Highly skilled with Adobe After Effects (bonus if you know Premiere Pro, Illustrator too) Obsessed with storytelling, pacing, and visual impact Able to design motion graphics that don’t look like boring templates Someone who can take a rough idea and turn it into engaging animation (not just follow instructions) Comfortable working directly with creative briefs, tech clients, and fast-moving projects
Requirements:
4+ years of proven editing and motion design experience Strong portfolio showcasing creative storytelling and motion design Fluent in After Effects (and basic 3D animation) Available to work full-time with a growing team Based locally or willing to commute once we move to hybrid
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience editing YouTube-style edutainment or marketing reels Ability to create custom assets (not just stock templates) Sense of humor and style (we like making things fun, not stiff)
