Job Description / Responsibility
Poster Design for Daily Social Media Posts: Design creative, eye-catching posters for daily social media posts to promote various projects and campaigns for Skills Development Centre(SDC) Group. Work closely with the marketing team to design social media graphics that align with brand guidelines and are optimized for engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others.
Motion Design for Engagement
Create motion design posters that add a dynamic touch to standard posts, helping increase user engagement and interaction on social media pages. Utilize modern video effects, transitions, and animations to make posters stand out and encourage more interaction with followers.
Video Editing
Edit recorded videos, adding professional-grade motion graphics, transitions, and effects to create compelling video content. Produce short, engaging video clips for digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials, using both existing footage and newly shot content. Integrate motion design elements into video content to ensure a high-quality, polished look that resonates with the target audience.
2D Animation
Design and animate 2D characters, logos, and elements for digital marketing campaigns and videos. Incorporate animations into video projects and promotional materials for an enhanced viewer experience.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor/Honors Preferred Qualifications: Experience in designing and editing content for the real estate, hospitality, and property development sectors. Familiarity with digital asset management systems and working in a collaborative environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team. Skills Required: Advertising & Promotion, Adobe After Effects, 2D Animation, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Motion Design, Video Editing., Capcut
Experience Requirements

Additional Requirements
Must provide a portfolio showcasing video editing, 2D motion graphics, and social media design projects. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Technical Requirements
Software Proficiency: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve (preferred), Cinema 4D or other 3D animation software (bonus) Design & Animation Skills: Solid grasp of typography, composition, and color theory. Expertise in creating engaging 2D motion graphics and animations for digital marketing. Video Production Skills: Professional-level video editing including cutting, transitions, syncing audio/voiceovers. Experience producing content optimized for social media engagement.
