About UsWe are building an enterprise-grade AI agent platform designed to power intelligent decision-making across complex, high-impact environments. Our system integrates advanced language models, structured data pipelines, and deterministic logic to deliver reliable, explainable, and production-ready intelligence. Our focus is on creating systems that feel less like traditional software and more like high-performance operational interfaces - where users can navigate complex information, evaluate trade-offs, and act with confidence.

Role OverviewWe are seeking a Visual Design Artist to reimagine and elevate the visual experience of our existing AI platform.Your primary objective will be to redesign the current interface into a more dynamic, structured, and high-signal environment:Reimagine the existing UI with inspiration from modern real-time strategy (RTS) interfaces -featuring structured information panels, layered data visualization, and responsive visual feedback - while avoiding overly “game-like” styling and ensuring a clean, professional, enterprise-ready experience. This role is not about adding superficial “gamification,” but about designing a command-center-like interface that enhances clarity, speed, and decision-making.

What You’ll Be Designing· A modular, panel-based UI system for complex workflows· Data-dense dashboards with strong visual hierarchy· Interfaces that clearly communicate system state, confidence, and outputs· Interaction patterns that guide users through multi-step decision processes· A cohesive visual system that balances depth with usability

Key Responsibilities· Redesign the existing UI into a structured, high-performance interface· Develop a cohesive visual language (color systems, typography, spacing, iconography)· Create scalable design systems and reusable components· Translate complex AI outputs into intuitive, visually digestible formats· Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes· Collaborate closely with product and engineering for implementation feasibility· Iterate rapidly based on feedback and evolving product needs

Required Qualifications· Proven experience in Visual Design / UI Design for complex digital products· Strong portfolio showcasing data-rich, system-driven interfaces (SaaS, dashboards, or similar)· High proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent· Strong understanding of layout systems, visual hierarchy, and information density· Ability to simplify and structure complex workflows visually· Strong communication and design rationale skills

Preferred Qualifications· Experience designing enterprise software or AI-driven products· Familiarity with RTS-style or system-heavy interface paradigms· Experience with design systems at scale· Understanding of frontend constraints (HTML/CSS basics)· Motion design or micro-interaction experienceDesign Direction (Important)· Inspired by: strategy / RTS interfaces (clarity, structure, responsiveness)· Avoid: overly stylized, playful, or “game-like” visuals· Target feel: tactical, minimal, high-performance, and professional· Outcome: a UI that feels like an operational command center, not a game---Deliverables· Redesigned UI concepts and production-ready screens· Design system / visual guidelines· Interactive prototypes (where relevant)· Developer-ready assets and specifications

Working Style· High ownership and ability to work independently· Fast iteration cycles with direct feedback loops· Strong collaboration across product and engineering
