ArtBlast is a paid job curation newsletter for artists. We curate publicly available job listings from across the internet and deliver them to subscribers by email. ArtBlast is not an employment agency, recruiter, or staffing service. We do not represent employers, guarantee employment, or act as an intermediary in any hiring process.

2. Subscription and Payment

ArtBlast is a paid subscription service operated through Substack. By subscribing you agree to the following:

• The subscription fee is $5/month or $50/year, billed automatically via Substack.
• You may cancel at any time through your Substack account settings.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

3. Job Listings

All job listings published by ArtBlast are sourced from publicly available postings on third-party platforms including LinkedIn, company career pages, and other job boards. ArtBlast does not post, create, or verify job listings on behalf of employers.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any listing.
• Listings may be expired, filled, or altered by the employer at any time without notice to ArtBlast.
• ArtBlast is not responsible for the hiring decisions of any employer.
• Applying to a job through ArtBlast does not guarantee an interview or offer.

4. Social Media Previews

ArtBlast shares partial job previews on LinkedIn and other platforms as a marketing practice. These previews include job title, location, work model, and seniority level. The employer name and direct apply link are provided exclusively in the paid subscriber email. This gating is disclosed clearly in every social media post.

5. Acceptable Use

By using ArtBlast you agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell subscriber-only content including job listings and apply links.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from ArtBlast emails or the website.
• Use ArtBlast content for any commercial purpose without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ArtBlast is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular job listing will result in an application, interview, or employment offer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArtBlast and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages related to missed job opportunities or reliance on any job listing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ArtBlast is operated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ArtBlast after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
